Our kitchen is located at 307 Dolphin St., Baltimore, MD 21217. We typically do events in Baltimore City and County – if you want to have an event outside of that area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

Our Mission:
To transform ordinary events into extraordinary memories by providing fresh, high-quality dishes and personalized service. In the kitchen, we have created an acronym that captures our core values – we call it CAFE.
CAFE:
- Conversation and Communication: Nothing happens without these, and getting buy-in and creativity from the whole team is essential to our work.
- Accountability: Regardless of title and position, everyone can be held accountable. Hierarchy shouldn’t prevent individuals from holding others accountable for the good of the team. We leave our egos at the door and we bring our pride inside!
- Financial Understanding: Everyone needs to understand that their actions are having a positive or negative influence on the finances of the business or the livelihoods of fellow employees.
- Engagement: The reward for consistently following the above principles creates an engaged team culture that is able to translate each person’s passions and bright ideas into the food we make!
