Immerse your guests in an unforgettable “foodtopia” culinary journey. This style is a fun and exciting harmony of displayed appetizers with a random passing of hors d’oeuvres and small plate tapas. The guests never know what is coming next out of the kitchen. We create a sense of anticipation and surprise that people love. The Grand Food Experience does not require 100% seating but rather a mix of small guest tables and high top cocktail tables. It is great for those who do not want to fuss with a seating chart.  

Elegant meals served by our professional staff, perfect for weddings, corporate events, and upscale gatherings. We offer two different styles of seated and served service. We offer the traditional style where one entree course is served, and each guest must make their selection well before the event date. We also offer a very popular multi course seated service where the guests are served two separate smaller entrees. This style does not require a pre count. Of course, we always adapt to allergies and dietary restrictions.

This is a great style for those who want a comforting interactive experience. We usually structure family style by breaking up the main entrees into two courses…thus avoiding crowding the table and slowing down the delivery of the food. Family style is awesome for the colder months when sitting down to a long filling meal is just right! We are always happy to combine the family style event other styles ie an extended cocktail hour followed by family style small plate tapas.
